Courting Mr. Collins

For the sake of her career, relationship coach Sarah Waverly must prove her Marriage Prep program is effective even for less-than-ideal participants. Why else would she ask her colleagues and friends to refer their most unconventional and unmatchable singles to her practice?

Enter William Collins, a pastor with an esteemed patronage yet without tact or sensibilities, who desires nothing more than to marry. Mr. Collins has set his sights on Charlotte Lucas, a romance novelist and local celebrity. He accepts Sarah’s invitation to participate in a case study in hopes that Charlotte will one day see him as a hero worthy of her love.

As his foibles and flaws show their full glory, Sarah begins to doubt her program while also questioning the morality of changing someone to fit a socially acceptable mold. If she can indeed make Mr. Collins marriage material, will she find the success she desires or will she discover she’s lost more than she ever stood to gain?
